SAVE Activities

Students are busy with activities dispite the many storms that have caused cancellations and postponements. Spring can't come soon enough!
- SAVE students are developing life-size body images made of a variety of materials. On the images they will display information on relationship abuse and statistics on violence. These images will be on display throughout the school.
- On March 8th, International Women’s Day, there will be a hockey game between the Murray River Women’s Rec Team, featuring SAVE president Jessica MacLeod vs the K-Rock/Ocean 100 Hockey Chargers.
This is a fund-raiser for SAVE. Play begins at 8:00 PM at the Murray River Rink. - The First Mother’s Day Diamond Dinner and Draw will be held on May 10th, 7:00 PM at the Montague Curling Club. Prizes feature beautiful diamond jewellry from Touch of Gold in Montague. Call 902-838-0795 for details.
- The Second Annual VIP Golf Tournament will be held on August 28th, 1:00 PM, at the Eagles View Golf Course in Murray River. Details to come.
